This file contains the information on how to run the tests for the Wise2 distribution package of executables:

1) Open a command window in the same directory where this Readme file and all the other input data resides

2) It is necessary to provide the environment variable WISECONFIGDIR and add to the path the directory with executables.
   For this purpose run the batch script (If you did not install to the default directory, modifications will be needed in this script):
 
     set_wise2env.bat
     
 3) Run the first test batch file which will test executables and compare results with UNIX version:

     test_run.bat 
     
     Note: please be advised that there are small divergences in calculations of CDS_predicted number from UNIX version.
     
 4) Run the second test batch file:

    test_2.bat
